First thing is eat healthy...Healthy breakfast is the most important to weight gain process..

so let's talk about what you have to eat in daily routine breakfast...

Here are some quick recipes for healthy and tasty breakfast...

1] Chocolate banana nut shake:

 1 banana, 1 table spoon of chocolate protein powder and 1 table spoon of  peanut butter and 1 glass of milk then grind all the things...And here your chocolate banana shake is ready...


2] Dates & Almond smoothie:

1 glass of milk, 4 dates and 4 almonds then grind all the things and drink it...


3] Avacado juice & Brown bread:

 Cut the avacado grind with milk...Then take brown bread and spread some peanut butter on it...Here you go..your avacado juice & Brown bread with peanut butter breakfast is ready...


4] Egg sandwich:

Make an omelette or half fry then take brown bread and put an omelette or half fry on it then put other slice of brown bread on it...and your sandwich is ready...


5] Cream coffee:

Make a hot or cold coffee and put a lots of cream on it and drink it...

If you want to chubby, bubbly cheeks...If you want cute cheeks...

How to get fuller & cute chubby cheeks...???

Here are some facial exercise to make your cheeks fuller and cute...





Pinch your cheeks from both sides and start stretching your cheeks for at least 30 seconds..












Doing this exercise for 30 seconds...















Close your mouth...and make a balloon face like this..doing this for 30 seconds..









You have to do these exercise 2 times per day...
